Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. Contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following:

Customer Damage: Items damaged by the customer (unless clear proof is provided that the item arrived damaged).

Sale & Promotional Items: Articles purchased on sale (e.g., Summer, Winter, Autumn, Eid sales), Stock Clearance, discounted articles, or orders placed using a discount code.

Customized Products: We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges on custom products designed specifically according to your needs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

> Note: A 35% fee of the previous invoice/parcel amount will be charged for exchanging an item.
Refunds Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

Deduction: Upon approval, a 30% deduction will be applied to the original amount, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your preferred payment method.

Processing Time: Please allow 3 to 12 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
